Prior to dotGlobal, Joe launched ContextWeb’s Spanish-language ad targeting network and their Mexico City office as their Director of Spanish-Language Markets. Joe writes for MediaPost’s Engage:Hispanics column about best practices for reaching Hispanics online and has spoken in Mexico, Spain and the U.S. about online advertising trends in Latin America. Joe has a BA from Macalester College and an MBA from Fordham University. Joe is based in Chicago and speaks English and Spanish.

John RozzoJohn Rozzo has been helping entrepreneurs, causes and companies connect and communicate with customers for over 10 years by publishing and managing online communities, websites, blogs, podcasts and other digital multimedia. In addition, to launching this very blog and site, John is the creator of Apodo.tv, LoBueno.tv and Gringogo.com multimedia web properties. John delivers social media consulting, open-source software solutions and training throughout North America. He is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. John is based in Mexico City and speaks English and Spanish.

Andrew Sierra manages dotGlobal’s team in South America, overseeing the web development, programming and social media practices. Andrew is a leader of digital marketing in the region and has worked with clients such as Burger King, Intel, OMD, Initiative, Chevrolet, Wrangler, Converse, Terra and Levi’s. He has an MBA from Universidad EAFIT and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Rosario Ortiz-Gutierrez has over 24 years of experience as a translator and is a native of Mexico City. Throughout her editorial career, she has translated web pages, scientific textbooks, medical research papers, educational material, advertising copy and commercial contracts. In addition, Rosario has worked as a proofreader and copy editor for various publishers including Reader’s Digest, Scholastic, Dorling Kindersley and Dun & Bradstreet. She has a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and Translation graduated from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
